Q: After I order, how long does it take to get my game?

A: We typically get your game out in three business days.If there is a delay we will let you know. We ship with usps flat rate priority boxes which typically has a transit time of 1-3 days. 

Q: What happens if a game I bought stops working?

A: In the unlikely event that your game stops working, email us and we will fix it free of charge.

Q: I'm interested in a game that you don't have listed. Can you make one for me?

A: Contact us through email and we'll see what we can do. There's a good chance we can make it!

Q: What systems do your games work in?

A: Our games work with official systems and most clone systems. We test everything with an official console (NES, SNES, Genesis) as well as a retron clone system.

Q: Do your games come with a new battery? What if the donor game has a dead battery?

A: We put a brand new battery and battery holder in every applicable game. That way should the battery go dead it can be easily replaced with no soldering required.

Q: I saw one of your games in a store.

A: That's more of a statement than a question, but we do have deals with some stores who resell our games.
